How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets are purchased through the official e-shop that’s accessible through falun2027.com. You choose day of competition, ticket category, and place the order digitally. The ticket is delivered through email and in the official app.
Do I need separate tickets for cross-country and ski jumping?
No. The ticket is valid for the complete competition day and gives you access to cross country and ski jumping on the same day according to the program.
I’d like to watch the ski jumping. Which ticket should I choose?
We recommend the stand ticket. A stand ticket gives you access to to the stand (without numbered seating) and gives the best overview of:
- The landing area
- The results and speaker area
- The atmosphere of the arena
Ski jumping is best experienced from the stand where you can see the full jump – from take off to landing.
Is the same stand section valid for cross-country and ski jumping?
Yes. If you buy L1 for instance, you have access to equivalent stand section for both cross-country and ski jumping arena. The places on the stand are not numbered but free within the section.
What is forest ticket?
The Forest ticket gives you access to the spectator area along the skiing tracks. It’s best suited for you who want to experience the moment when the athletes are passing by, and to be part of the cheering atmosphere. Forest ticket is not recommended if your primary interest is ski jumping.
Is there seated placing?
The stand tickets gives access to a place on the stand, but there is no numbered seated placing. It’s free standed placing within the section.
Do you offer discounts for students and seniors?
Yes, we have discounted tickets for students and seniors.
Do you have VIP tickets?
Yes. We offer several hospitality packes with food, comfort, and reserved placing. These are booked separately.
Can I find food on the arena?
Yes. You can find:
- Restaurant and bar
- Foodtrucks with a simpler offerings
- Lunch buffet in the sports hall
- Hospitality servings
Can I bring my own food?
Information about what you can bring will be published closer to the event.
Will you offer alcohol?
Yes, within certain serving areas that are allowed to offer alcohol according to Swedish law.
Where is the arena?
The World Championships as well as the World Cup and Continental Cup is arranged at Lugnet in Falun, the national arena in Sweden for nordic winter events.
How do I get there?
The arena is within walking distance from central Falun with public transport available or pre-booking of parking close to the arena.
Can I bring a chair?
Yes for the forest ticket you may bring your own chair.
How do I get my ticket?
The ticket is digital and will be available in your mobile through email or in the official app.

FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2027
Place: Lugnet
During the World Championships several parking options will be available. The places are limited and pre-booking is recommended.
VIP parking (close to the arena)
VIP parking is available for guests with hospitality or special VIP tickets. The following is included:
Parking place with direct access to the arena
Short walking distance to the entrance
Prioritized entry to the area
VIP parking is booked through the flow when you purchase your VIP or hospitality packages (or separately if available)
Parking with EV charging
A limited number of parking places with chagrin capability are offered.
- Pre-booking is required
- Charging is included during the parking time
- You need to bring your own charing cable
The places are limited and recommended to book early in advance.
Ordinary parking
Ordinary parking in connection with the arena is offered in selected areas. To keep in mind:
- Pre-booking is recommended
- Guiding hosts are available on site
- Walking distance to the entrance will depend on location of the parking area
Accessible parking
A limited number of accessible parking places with close access to the entrance are available.
- Special parking permit is required
- Pre-booking is recommended
- Short walking distance to the arena
Can I pay my parking ticket on site?
Yes, parking can be purchased through Swish (subject to availability). We recommend to book in advance to secure your place. Please note that visitors outside Sweden need to book in advance as Swish as payment method is required.
Do you have special accessible tickets?
Yes. We have special accessible tickets and adapted sections with good visibility and accessibility.
Can an escort join?
Yes. One escort per accessible ticket is offered without extra cost. The escort ticket is only valid together with the accessible tickets, and may need to be proved.
Do you offer accessible parking?
Yes, a limited number of accessible parking places are available. Pre-booking is required.
Can companies book group tickets?
Yes. Companies can book:
- Group tickets
- Hospitality packages in different levels
- VIP experiences
Booking is made through special Bokning sker via särskilda företagslösningar i Tickster.
Payment
Companies are offered invoicing in advance through Tickster when you book your tickets. For bigger volumes or tailor made packages the event organizer can be contacted for personal service.
