Sundström Safety becomes new partner of the FIS Cross-Country World Cup in Falun 2026. The partnership marks the next step in the company’s long-term commitment to ski competitions in Falun.

– Sundström Safety is a well-known and strong player in Swedish sport, with long-standing involvement in several contexts. They have also been a partner of Svenska Skidspelen for many years, so it feels both natural and very exciting that they are now joining us for the 2026 World Cup as well, says Patrik Blomquist, commercial director of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships.

Sundström Safety has for a long time worked closely with elite sport, including the Swedish cross-country ski team.
– Cross-country skiing places extreme demands on the body, not least on breathing, which is where our expertise lies. As the World Cup in Falun continues to develop, it is natural for us to continue our engagement, says Ivan Sundström, Chairman of the Board of Sundström Safety.

The FIS Cross-Country World Cup in Falun 2026 is expected to offer world-class competitions and will serve as an important international milestone in the build-up to the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun 2027.
