LF Dalarna partners with Falun 2027 to enhance the family experience during the World Ski Championships.
– LF Dalarna’s strong local roots make them a natural partner for a championship that will bring together and engage the entire Dalarna region, says Patrik Blomquist, Commercial Director of Falun 2027.
It has now been confirmed that customer-owned LF Dalarna will join Falun 2027 as a Regional Support Partner.
– The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships is about so much more than sport. It is about community, optimism for the future, and creating experiences for people of all ages. In this regard, we share many values with LF Dalarna, which for a long time has worked to contribute to a safe, active, and sustainable society. The company takes significant social responsibility through its long-term commitment to local associations, particularly within sports, says Patrik Blomquist, Commercial Director of Falun 2027, and continues:
– We are especially pleased with LF Dalarna’s commitment to the championship’s family area. Together, we want to create a welcoming meeting place where children, young people, and families can be part of the World Championship celebrations. These are exactly the kinds of initiatives that help us make Falun 2027 a championship for all of Dalarna.
LF Dalarna’s Sponsorship Manager, Linn Gustafzzon, shares her thoughts on the partnership:
– Through our collaboration, we want to create a safe and welcoming family area during the championship so that more families can take part in and enjoy the event. We hope this area will become a place filled with joy, activity, and togetherness, where the whole family can celebrate this major sporting festival together and create memories for life. It will also be a wonderful opportunity for children and young people to experience their role models live and build their own dreams for the future.

The reason behind our decision to become a regional partner of the World Championships is our belief that it will have positive effects for our county. Many of the visitors are also from Dalarna and, in many cases, are our customers. We want to be where our customers are and share this amazing experience with them.
