Saturday at Lugnet delivered a world-class ski festival. Check out a wide selection of highlights from the day.

A total of 8,654 spectators were on site to follow Saturday’s competitions at Lugnet.

— It’s incredibly fun to compete in front of this fantastic crowd. I’ve worked for this for 15 years, and now I’ve reached the podium for the second time this season. It feels almost unbelievable. And it’s very special to succeed here in Falun, says Austrian Benjamin Moser, who claimed his second World Cup podium finish.

The fastest of all in the sprint was Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, who continued his winning streak from the Olympics in Val di Fiemme. On the women’s side, there was also a repeat of the Olympic sprint. Linn Svahn was the fastest both in the prologue and in the final.
— It’s great fun. Falun is always a highlight of the entire year. It was so much fun to come here and compete in front of this large crowd, says Linn Svahn.

In the Continental Cup in Nordic combined, Norway’s Ida Marie Hagen continued her dominance. Hagen took her second consecutive victory in Falun. On the men’s side, there was an Italian victory through Iacopo Bortolas:
— I’m really looking forward to coming back here for the World Championships next year. It’s going to be really exciting!
