Ticket sales for Falun 2027 have been underway for several months, and interest in the Championships is high (purchase your competition tickets here – LINK).
A month ago, we launched our hospitality offerings aimed at companies and groups of friends who want to combine their visit to the festivities of Falun 2027 with a memorable event and quality time together with customers, colleagues, and friends.
Over the coming days, we will present the different hospitality packages.
The Trackside Tipi Tent
A unique experience right beside the course, where you can feel the speed and excitement of the competitions up close. Your group will have exclusive access to a heated tipi tent located next to the ski course, complete with food service, a bar, and plenty of space to relax and socialise. It’s a rare opportunity to enjoy the races from just a few metres away, together with your guests.
The tipi tent is reached on foot via scenic walking trails.
“The tipi tents were incredibly popular during the 2015 World Championships in Falun, and we’re delighted to bring back this unique experience for the 2027 Championships. Your tipi tent serves as your group’s private base throughout the competition day. In addition to enjoying great food and drinks, you can, for example, host a presentation for your clients before stepping outside to experience the battle for medals unfolding just metres away on the course,” says Daniel Svensson, Key Account Manager at Falun 2027.
The Trackside Tipi Tent includes:
- Admission ticket for the competition day (grandstand seat not included)
- Exclusive heated tipi tent for groups of 40–55 guests
- Prime location beside the competition course
- Lunch buffet featuring locally sourced ingredients
- Bar serving beer, wine, shots, and non-alcoholic beverages
Price: SEK 1,995 per person, excluding VAT and service fee. Minimum booking: 40 guests.
