In this series, we present the different hospitality packages available for Falun 2027 – and today we present The Social Hub.
Ticket sales for Falun 2027 have been underway for several months, and interest in the Championships is high (purchase your competition tickets here – LINK).
A month ago, we launched our hospitality offerings aimed at companies and groups of friends who want to combine their visit to the festivities of Falun 2027 with a memorable event and quality time together with customers, colleagues, and friends.
Over the coming days, we will present the different hospitality packages.
The Social Hub
A social meeting place for those who want to bring together colleagues, clients, or friends around the competitions.
Here, a prime location, great food, and relaxed service come together in an inviting atmosphere where people connect. Freshly brewed coffee and pastries are served from 10:00–11:00, followed by a generous lunch buffet featuring starters, main courses, and dessert from 11:30–15:00. With free access to your L3 grandstand ticket, you can easily move between the competitions and your table in The Social Hub throughout the day.

The Social Hub includes:
- Open 10:00–18:00, with Afterski from 15:00
- Reserved seating at shared tables
- L3 grandstand ticket included
- Lunch buffet with starter, salads, bread, main courses, and dessert
- Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options available. Other dietary requirements must be requested in advance.
- Beverage packages available for purchase on site
- Dedicated host service
Price: SEK 2,495 per person, excluding VAT and service fee. Minimum booking: 2 people.
