Mat vid Siljan AB is the Official Hospitality & Food Supplier for the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, taking place in Falun, Sweden, from 24 February to 7 March 2027.
The agreement covers the development, production, and delivery of a comprehensive food and hospitality concept for both the 2026 World Cup events and the 2027 World Championships. The scope includes public dining areas, VIP hospitality, après-ski, as well as food preparation, logistics, and pre-bookable offerings via the event’s digital platforms.

Mat vid Siljan is a well-established company in the Dalarna region with long-standing experience in restaurant operations, arena catering, and large-scale events. Previous assignments include Tegera Arena, Leksand Resort, and projects within the regional tourism industry.
